The choir application is no longer available online. Please print the following two forms and turn in on Saturday, April 30th to Mr. Jennings at JBHS.
Teacher Evaluation Form. This form is only required for students who are not current students of Mr. Jennings (Burroughs High), Mrs. DeMore (Jordan Middle) or Mr. Redman (Luther Middle). If you are not CURRENTLY enrolled in choir with one of these teachers, please print this form and have it completed by each of your current teachers.
Auditions will run from 9am-6pm on Saturday at the John Burroughs High School Auditorium.
